The President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo is set to address the nation on Sunday April, 19 2020 at the seat of the presidency, Flagstaff House at 21:00 GMT.
The address by President Nana Akuffo Addo will come on at a time where Ghana has recorded 834 cases of the deadly Covid-19 pandemic with 99 recoveries and 9 death recorded nation wide.
One thing Ghanaians will be really interested to know from the President is, whether there will be an extension on the partial lockdown which has been enforced on the Greater Accra and Ashanti region respectively?
Or will other regions which has recorded increasing cases of the dreaded corona virus will be placed under partial lockdown as has been placed on the two most populated regions of Ghana as a measure to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Or a more drastic measure locking the whole country by decreeing total nationwide lockdown directive , a step which has been applied by most countries battling the Covid-19 virus.
It is safe to say until the address by the President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Akuffo Addo , no one can predict what fate awaits..
