Ghana Health Service : Covid-19 Cases Shoots Up To 1154 With 120 Recoveries Recorded.

The Ghana Health Service has announced that the country’s COVID-19 case count has increased to 1154 with some 21 more people recovering resulting in a total of 120.

Director-General at the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Patrick Aboagye revealed this at a press briefing in Accra on Wednesday, April 22.

According to him the new development is as a result of some 112 new cases and 21 recoveries which have been confirmed since the President Nana Akufo-Addo addressed the country on Sunday.

Recoveries from the respiratory disease caused by the coronavirus looks to be improving although the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ghana keeps rising.
